Location was perfect to get to the 02 arena. Price is very reasonable. Rooms were clean and modern, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again.

Literally 30 seconds walking distance to the tube. Comfy, large enough rooms.

Paper slipper is a must and they dont have any.

Super friendly hotel staff. Good conditioner with opportunity to heat the room. Good location, next to the metro station. Silent, good sound isolation.

Breakfast could have more variety of the food

Location is fantastic, can park overnight in Wickes carpark for £8, a 5 minute walk away. Hotel is right opposite the tube which is 1 stop from the O2 and there’s a Mcdonslds next door for breakfast! Hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, perfect place to stay for the O2.

We've stayed one night after o2 arena event and that's the best place to relax after the gig! Welcoming, super professional and friendly staff, with amazing Magda in reception. For sure will come again!

Location (tube Canning Town) is fatastic, especially if you fly to or from London Southend Airport, Hotel is only 5 minutes away from the O2. Hotel is also next to big bus station, DLR lines and Victoria line. From hotel to Waterloo (19 minutes) or Westminster tube-station is only 22 min. The hotel has a good working Airco ;-) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice flatscreen tv.

The wifi is not always 100%, but this depends on the equipment you use.... Some channels were not available on the tv.

staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and location was just opposite the tube station. Had free luggage storage and option to check in early for £10. Absolutely loved the place and value for money. Would stay again!

From the moment you enter, you realize that you have reached something a little different. The hotel is decorated in a very contemporary style and is the only good thing to note. There is no reception desk! Receptionists are also bartenders and waiters and work through their mobile phone. After registering and receiving the key we went upstairs to the room. Which was designed, but broken (crack in the window, panels that are about to fall). We informed the "reception" about the fragments in the room every day anew ... nothing was done about it. The next day we went for a walk in the city and when we returned around 3:00 PM we discovered that our rooms had not yet been cleaned, we asked the receptionist, who happened to be near the room, to explain. Her answer was that she had forgotten the room. We told her we were staying in the room for about an hour and a half and that she would be back later. In the evening, when we returned to the hotel, the room had not yet been cleaned. We asked the receptionists to at least bring us clean towels. In the morning shower we discovered that we had received old towels with holes ... We went down with towels to the receptionist who apologized and continued on our way. When we returned to the room around 4:00 PM, we discovered that the room had not been cleaned again. We went down to the reception desk and asked to speak to the shift manager. We demanded a change of room, and immediately. We got a key to an adjacent room. And as compensation for the anguish we received two free drinks at the bar. None of the receptionists came up to ask if we had arranged, with the room okay or taking the keys to the previous room. The hotel is located opposite a central subway station, but is cut off from the city. Around him are shady business, and in the evening it's unpleasant, even frightening, to walk around the street. In spite of the seductive price, save yourself a bit of aggravation.

Really friendly and efficient staff. Clean, smart rooms with very comfy beds. A really good vibe about the place - trendy without being pretentious. This is the second time I have stayed here but it will not be my last, I hope!

I am used to a hard bed, so did not like it, but overall it is a good property, located very well, but a standard small size as is to be expected, i am actually used to larger rooms.

Beds could have been harder

Excellent stay in a modern hotel, Saying it was London the price of the breakfast and room was very good, ,Only one complaint there no parking only next day where they change you something like 25 quid for 12 hours /

We stayed there to attend a concert at the O2; the hotel is one tube station away from the venue! And so easy to get to London city centre too. Ibis has all the key essentials for a good stay covered and no frills needed: it is modern, fast check-in and out, excellent bed, shower and breakfast; even usb charger available in the room! We will stay there again for sure.
